How to get there:
Walking from Hankyu Rokko Station (about 20 minutes up the hill)
By bus: : Take Bus No. 36 from Rokko Michi Station (if JR) or from Hankyu Rokko Station to the North. Exit: Seimon Mae. Then walk up the hill about 500 meters to Shinkan (behind Kanematsu kinen kan Building)
